Responsibilities:
- Entering of sales quotation and sales order
- Primary contact for order and complaints related issues
- Co ordination of payment process from customers
- Assist to coordinate customer's feedback and complaints
- Manage customer profile in CRM
- Consolidate sales figure for the team
- L/C screening and coordinating of amendments
- Liaise with SCM on logistics and inventory issues
Requirements:
- ‘A’ Level/ Diploma graduates.
- Basic international trade knowledge and order processing knowledge in trading company will have an added advantage
- Team player with good communications skills
- Able to use SAP system is a must
