Responsibilities:
Sourcing:
Monitoring and measurement of suppliers performance
Monitor product availability and alert supply chain participants in case of shortage / bottlenecks.
Preventing "Limited available stocks" according to priorities set by Business Units.
Deliver & Order Management:
Organise and lead order processing / daily operations for shipments.
Managing product import and export processes.
Allocate resources to daily operations
set measurable targets to monitor teams performance.
Troubleshooting and problem solving on behalf of the team
Follow up and maintain customer specific packaging / labelling / documents requirements.
Implement oredre rukes, consolidation rules.
Define service level in co-operation with RM and sales affiliates Credit Payments.
Monitor status of overdue payment and credit block for the orders and follow up with relevant parties
Return:
Coordinate return deliveries to source, trading partners including commincation.
Decide on disposal of goods.
Manage replacement activities to the customer.
Inventory Management.
Initiate and lead stock optimisation actions (redeployment, sell-off, write-off)
Steer replenishment process to warehouses in Asia Pacific
Implement and monitor Distribution Network Program.
Support process harmonization / standardization across all countires in Asia Pacific.
Implement and monitor KPIs in order to measure supply chain performance for plan, source and make deliver processes.
NCm management for logistic complaints and logistic cost and service provision.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management.
Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain focusing in Order Management, RMA, Inventory Management.
Meticulous and analytical with strong communications skills preferred.
