Responsibilities:
In charged of providing excellant customer services to a portfolio of clients and distributors.
Resolve complaints and queries as well as attending to requests on products and services offered by company.
Responsible for handling and resolving queries up to closure.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the insurance Industry.
Excellant communications and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Applicants with relevant Life Insurance qualifications would be an added advantage.
