Responsibilities:
Identifying the learning needs of potential, new and existing Financial Planners.
Develop training initiatives based on identified needs
Develop training plans.
Conduct training initiatives and evaluting them.
Provide training support to Bank partners as well as for the FA partners.
Devloping, coaching, training and supervising the staffs.
Overseeing all training functions in relations to potential, new and existing Financial Planners as well as Bank and FA partners.
Requirements
Candidates should posses a Degree with at least 5 years experience in training and preferably with 2-3 years in Insurance (Financial Planning / Wealth advisory) experience.
Diploma in Training and Development Management / Professional Insurance such as ChFC, CLU, CFP, FLMI, DLI etc are essential.
Excellant communications and interpersonal skills.
