Responsibilities:

•               Support the engineering design team on highway / rail projects by advising and resolving alignment issues with external parties and authorities

•               Advice and prepare highway schemes for the temporary diversion of roads

•               Produce conceptual drawings of roads/ rails

•               Coordination with various authorities and other consultants

•               Preparation of final drawings

•               Responsible for delivering sound and cost effective design

•               Resolve engineering issues with consultants and Authorities

•               Take projects  from design phase through to completion and support the design team

Requirements:

•               A recognized Degree in Civil Engineering discipline or equivalent

•       Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AutoCad / Microstation and relevant knowledge of road / rail scheming

•               Proficiency in MX roads / MX rails and Microstation software is a must

•               Experience working on LTA projects preferred

•               Familiar with Singapore Standards and Statutory requirements

•               Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential

•               Good working attitude and able to work independently

•               Able to work in a team

•               Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
