Responsibilities
· Executive Sales plan consistently with a view to achieve stipulated sales target
· Provide management with market data such as potential customer, its traffic mix, sector and competition to enable management to formulate effective sales strategies
· Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of sales activity records through regular reporting and analysis of sales activities
· Promote growth of the organisation by following up on sales leads, routing orders and other sales initiatives
· Ensure successful retention of customers by maintaining close liaison with clients, ascertaining their satisfaction level and to anticipate and prevent potential problems
· Establish service levels for customer through SOP
· Keep abreast of operational standards, procedures and constraints to better handle customer’s requirements and queries
· Execute follow up actions on sales leads from overseas stations
· Prepare Letter of Appointment (LOA) and determine/arrange the appropriate credit facilities according to the credit limit defined by the Finance policies.
· Ensure that all rates and SOP have been submitted to Tariff Control Team for timely upload into system upon customer’s acceptance.
Requirements
· Min Diploma in any field
· At least 2-3 yrs in Business Development role in logistic/ freight forwarding industries
· Experience in handling MNC account preferred
· Fresh grad can be consider with desire to learn and keen interest in Aviation/Aerospace industries
