Administrative Executive (Scheduling experience required)


Responsibilities



  • Manage new and existing clients database which includes customer profile updating and attending to payment-related matters

  • Interface with customers and audit teams to plan, schedule and manage audits and surveillances

  • Ensure proper record keeping of audit and surveillance reports and other administrative paperwork

  • Provide administrative support to the audit teams 

Requirements



  • GCE 'O' level or its equivalent with at least 2 years of administrative experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Highly organized with strong administrative, multi-tasking and coordination ability 
Mature, proactive and service-oriented, with good ability to establish positive relations with clients
