Our Client, a multi-national company is looking for Senior Manager (Network).

Reporting to the IT Director in Japan, you will be responsible for planning, developing and directing the introduction and operation of network technology. You will also oversee and review network infrastructure, strategies and policy.

The Senior Manager will plan and manage the projects around the regional with close liaison with the country telecommunication companies.  In addition, you will be managing a team of 20-30 which includes engineers and managers.

The ideal candidates will minimum hold a Degree in the field of computer science. He/She will need at least ten years of relevant experience managing and/or directing network operation, with proven experience in planning and executing resource planning application in a regional setting. He/She will need to understand the designated IT compliance of the countries. The incumbent will need to possess strong analytical and organisational skills to resolve technical, management and operational issues. Lastly, he/she will need to have good interpersonal and communication skills as there will be extensive cross functional/divisional dealings.
