Accountabilities:

- Undertake any minor M&E repair in the building

- Assist in fire safety activities and act as fire-safety team member

- Assist Property managers as required

Requirements:

- NTC/NITEC in Building Services, Elect or ACMV

- Min 3 years working experience in Grade A Building or Hospitality Services

- Shift work required

- Independent and able to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical equipment

- Familiar with AutoCad and able to read/understand single line diagram.

Technician Shift Hours

6 working days (in a single shift) followed by 1 off day.
