·          To liaise with suppliers, co-ordinate orders, shipments and deliveries including loading PO, Invoice Verification, inventory monitoring and reports 

·          Control inventory and initiate actions for inventory reduction at hub

·          Declaring air and sea customs permits for  both incoming and outgoing shipments

·          Co-ordinate with freight forwarders on import and export shipments

·          Prepare relevant reports as and when required

·          Negotiating with suppliers with best pricing

·          RMA Return with suppliers

·          Liaise with suppliers on ECN change

·          Get samples from suppliers for FAI approval

Requirements

·          Min. Diploma and/or equivalent

·          Previous working experience in the electronics industries will be an advantage

·          Possess strong analytical mind, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills

·          Knowledge of SAP system is a must

·          Able to meet tight deadlines
