Customer Service Executive (Order processing/RMA/SAP)


Responsibilities


 


·          Process routine RMA and fulfilment


·          Attend to customers’ enquiries and liaise with closely with factory


·          Arrange and liaise with forwarders on export shipment


·          Prepare CID report


·          Daily updates of tracking reports


·          Tracking of incoming and outgoing shipment in Shipment Tracker


·          Process Billing


·          Filing and any other ad-hoc duties


 


Requirements


 


·          Diploma or equivalent


·          At least 1 year


·          Good knowledge of SAP is an advantage


·          Good problem solving skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills


·          Organized, fast learner and able to multi-task
