Responsibilities:
· Handle Employment Pass/Other related passes and related immigratiion matters
· In-charge of staff attendance, staff leave, staff access cards
· Assist in staff recruitment process
· Assist in staff benefits and welfare if required
Requirements:
· Min GCE O Level with Certificate in HRM
· At least 2 years experience in similar capacity
· Bilingual English and Mandarin
· Must be mature, pleassant personality and a good team player
· Proactive, possess initiative and good working attitude
· Good knowledge of Ms Office (well versed in MS Excel)
