Responsibilities:
· Handle the overall human resource operation
· Review and update HR policies
· Assist in performance management, training, manpower planning, recruitment, payroll and prepare periodical reports
· You will also provide support to ISO and SOX compliances
· Any other projects as assigned by superior
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma with 7 years of experience or Degree with 5 years of experience
· Knowledge of Paymaster system will be advantageous
· Ability to interact with all levels of staff and work as a team player
· Able to multi-task and perform under pressure with minimal supervision
· Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint
