Responsibilities

·         Data Entry / Validates trade information

·         Ensure that trade confirmation are promptly and accurately sent

·         Prompt follow-up on trade queries and timely feedback to counterparties

·         Review, monitor and reconciles all trade transactions

Requirements

·         Diploma in Finance/ Business with at least 3 years relevant working experience in the back office of a financial institution

·         Good knowledge and hands-on experience in banking products especially Derivative products will be an advantage

·         Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Responsible, proactive and independent worker with positive attitude

·         Able to relate to all levels with good communication (both written & spoken) and interpersonal skills

·         Meticulous and Good team player

·         Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel/Words and a fast learner on computerized systems.
