Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Diploma in any subject or Private Secretarial Diploma
- Proficiency with MS word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point & Graphic Software
- Systematic, flexible, organized and meticulous in work behavior and procedure
- Team player and multi-tasking abilities in a challenging SME company environment
- Must have excellent command of English both spoken and written
- Pleasant looking & cheerful disposition
Job Roles:
- Job involves multi-tasking & participation in Company’s daily activities
- Close interaction with Directors and small management team
- Support directors and General Manager in secretarial duties
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Inventory data entry and routine or non routine administrative task
