Responsibilities
· Manage a team of schedulers and administrative staff in the scheduling section to plan and identify audits/inspections, their surveillances as well as their compliance to accreditation requirements for our certification business.
· Manage client servicing including payment, enquiries, feedback as well as proactive engagement to strengthen and optimize client relationships
· Support the Senior Vice President in managing the department's budget
· Oversee all general office administration procurement
· Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the Management in both operational and non-operational matters
Requirements
· Diploma qualified with at least 5 years of administrative/secretarial experience of which 2 years in a supervisory role
· Strong administrative and managerial skills
· Independent with the ability to exercise sound judgment in establishing priorities and completing tasks
· Mature and service-oriented, with the ability to establish positive relations with clients and colleagues within internal departments as well as overseas offices
· Able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
