Leasing Coordinators (Vancanies x 3)


Responsibilities:


Handle coordination works such as preparing and processing leasing quotations, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders and any necessary documents.


Responsible for daily sales activities of the outlet.


Attend and follow up on enquiries from phone/fax/email and walk-in customers.


 


Ensure timely collection and deliveries to customers by coordinating orders and monitoring delivery status.


 


Source for new customers and service existing accounts.


 


Generate department sales reports and perform other adhoc projects.


 


Requirements:


 


GCE 'O' Level/ITC holders with technical knowledge, preferably in automotive.


 


Positive attitude with customer’s service mindset.


 


Proficiency in MS Office applications.


 


Strong sales coordination experience.


 


Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.


 


Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with all levels.
